About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Car Wash Manager who takes pride in delivering a spotless experience—literally! If you enjoy leading a team, love working with vehicles, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy environment, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure top-quality service, and play a key role in creating a clean, friendly, and professional environment for both customers and staff.
What You’ll Do
Lead by example while supervising daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
Oversee team performance in exterior washes, interior detailing, buffing, and tinting to maintain service standards
Ensure the wash area remains organized, clean, and safe, and that all equipment is properly maintained
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and deliver a professional experience
Coordinate vehicle movement on the property to maintain a smooth and safe workflow
Train, coach, and support team members in best practices, safety procedures, and service techniques
Maintain quality control across all services and ensure cleanliness throughout the facility
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a car wash, detailing, or automotive service environment is a strong asset
Familiarity with buffing, tinting, and custodial procedures is a plus
A team leader with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering a high-quality service experience
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate customer vehicles with care
Reliable, hardworking, and organized
